A beautiful multi terrain run from the stunning riverside Mapledurham Estate on the edge of Reading. If you're training for a Spring Half Marathon or Marathon this could be ideal to add to your mileage. Every runner knows that off-road miles are worth more!!
Our multi terrain 10 mile course gives you the simple choice of One lap or Two laps for the 10 Mile & 20 Mile events. You start and finish by the Thames near the famous watermill and legendary sites from The Eagle Has Landed.
The course uses trails & roads within the Estate, local woodlands and footpaths. The terrain is undulating, but nothing to slow you down too much, with mainly firm ground underfoot unless we have wet weather in the build up. The 2023 event was wet!
