We are delighted to bring you the 1st Mapledurham Half Marathon & 10km, which takes place in the beautiful surroundings of the stunning Mapledurham Estate a few miles from the edge of Reading. The course starts in the lovely Country Park near the famous water wheel and legendary sites from The Eagle Has Landed - you'll wind your way around the estate trails, local roads, woodlands and footpaths. The scenery is well worth the hard work!
We have made the courses as flat as we can for you - CLICK HERE to check them out. It's multi terrain, the 10km course has 1 water station, and the half marathon has 2. There is a dog friendly canicross event over the 10km, with canicrossers starting separately to the main field. 10km runners must be at least 16 years old by race day, whilst the minimum age for the half marathon is 18.
Race Instructions will be emailed out & found HERE before the race.
Entries close on November 4th, so as to allow race packs to be posted out. There will be no on the day entries available.
Winter Series bundle discount - when completing the Mapledurham Half & 10km entry form you can also enter either, or both, the Winter Woolly 10km & Sherfield 10km events with 20% off. These take place on December 20th & December 27th respectively.
We are proud to be supporting the Royal Berks Charity as our good cause - more than ever, we appreciate our local NHS workers, so check out their website for info & please make a donation as part of your entry if you can. The charity is always in need of support, so if you'd like to do more why not set up a fundraising page on Just Giving?
